Mr. Lambo is a seasoned management consultant with 25 years of experience consulting to the public and private sector. He has in-depth experience in business development; leading and managing consulting delivery teams, as well as P&L account and contract management responsibility. His consulting expertise is in organizational acquisition and procurement; program management; strategy development and execution; business process analysis and improvement; performance management; organizational assessment and transformation; change management; human capital management and meeting facilitation planning and execution. In addition, he is a thought leader with technology acquisition and development for Financial Management and Human Resource ERP implementations, which includes process development/improvement, business case development and implementation oversight and management. He is versatile in the use and application of project management and earned value management techniques and tools, including the establishment of a Project Management Office (PMO) capability for oversight, control and management of complex projects.
His primary client focus is with federal civilian agencies, Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Department of Defense (DoD) and with private sector energy and transportation organizations. Mr. Lambo has spent the majority of his career with leading organizations serving the Federal government, which includes Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), SRA International, Booz Allen, IBM and Deloitte Consulting.
