As Executive Vice President of Talent Acquisition, Mindy leads the strategy for attracting, assessing, and hiring top talent to the Seventh Sense Family. A recruiter at heart, she has over 20 years of experience helping grow companies that provide Acquisition and Information Technology consulting services to the federal government.

 

Prior to joining Seventh Sense Consulting, Ms. Prian supported companies as a hands-on full life-cycle recruiter as well as a talent acquisition manager, designing and executing strategies to build strong talent pipelines for ongoing business needs.

 

Ms. Prian holds a B.A. in General Arts and Sciences from Pennsylvania State University, and an M.S. in Applied Behavioral Sciences from Johns Hopkins University.
