As Managing Partner of Seventh Sense Consulting, Mr. Woodley overseas the business operations of a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) that offers acquisition and contract management consulting services to Federal and State public sector clients. Mr. Woodley has a proven track record in managing federal procurements, solving complex problems and strategically identify emerging markets. He brings proficiency across the full range of acquisition and project management activities, operations, and human resources. Results-oriented with a passion for growing and managing high-performing teams, his sole focus is to provide exceptional service to our Federal and State  Government agencies. 

 

Prior to forming Seventh Sense Consulting, Mr. Woodley served as a Senior Director, at ASI Government. He also brings 27 years of leadership and problem-solving skills gained during his years of service in the U.S. Air Force; culminating his career as the Senior Enlisted Advisor to the Director of the Defense Contract Management Agency. Mr. Woodley attained DAWIA Level III Certification in Contracting, and is PMP certified by the Project Management Institute. Over the past ten years, he has supported multiple organizations within the Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, and Civilian Agencies with improving their acquisition and management processes and operations. As well, he has developed several automated tools to maximize efficiency and enhance productivity in the acquisition process.
