As Executive Vice President of Corporate Development, Sohail Salman leads strategic growth initiatives that position Seventh Sense Consulting for long-term success in the federal market. He brings over 15 years of experience in management consulting, account management, and business development across the federal civilian and defense sectors.

 

Mr. Salman has led large and complex capture efforts resulting in strategic contract wins at the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Transportation Security Administration (TSA), and the General Services Administration (GSA). His focus on program acquisition lifecycle support has helped position teams to deliver high-impact solutions aligned with agency missions and priorities. He is recognized for building trusted client relationships and driving BD strategies that convert opportunities into long-term growth.

 

As a member of the executive leadership team, Mr. Salman shapes business development policy, cultivates strategic partnerships, and aligns corporate growth strategies with evolving customer needs. He holds an M.S. in Business and Strategic Communication from Columbia University.
