As Executive Vice President of Corporate Development, Shakira leads the company wide growth efforts to include business development, capture, proposal management and marketing.

 

Ms. McCants is a results-driven professional with over 15 years of experience in business development, project management, operations management, strategic planning, employee management, and capture management. She has a demonstrated track record to drive revenue growth, qualify, capture and win new projects through delivery excellence and identifying and transforming clients’ business needs into valued solutions.

 

Prior to joining Seventh Sense Consulting, Ms. McCants served as Director of Business Development for the Civilian Division at E3/Sentinel where she led growth through business development and capture activities for federal civilian clients. At Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Shakira managed the business development efforts for 22 rental branches and conducted business to business sales and managed a book of business worth 5.5 million per year.

 

Ms. McCants earned her B.S. in Business Administration from the University of South Alabama. She is also a graduate of the ACT-IAC Voyagers Program.
