Mr. Piedmonte is the Executive Vice President of Seventh Sense Consulting’s Consulting Division. He brings more than 30 years of proven Industry and Air Force leadership experience, as well as extensive functional expertise in acquisition and business operations management. Prior to joining Seventh Sense Consulting, Mr. Piedmonte served as a Senior Manager for ASI Government’s National Security Sector (NSS) where he was responsible for managing a $5.5 million portfolio focused on the Department of Defense (DoD) and Department of Homeland Security (DHS). He was also a senior instructor for ASI Government teaching a number of acquisition classes such as The Seven Steps to Performance-Based Acquisitions, The Six Disciplines of Performance-Based Project Management, Strategic Business Advisor, The Fundamentals of Best Value/Trade-off Source Selection, Conducting Effective Market Research.

 

Prior to joining ASI Government, Mr. Piedmonte provided contracts leadership to the Lockheed Martin’s Operations Directorate of IS&GS. He was also a Senior Member of the Business Staff for Group Seven Associates LLC where he was the acquisition representative to the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army for Privatization and Partnerships for the Army’s robust privatization effort of Army Lodging and Residential Community Initiatives. The Defense National Relocation Program and the US Corps of Engineers Real Estate Division. While with Group Seven Mr. Piedmonte was a senior member of the Pentagon Renovation Program acquisition team. Prior to these industry positions, Mr. Piedmonte spent 20 years in the U.S. Air Force. His Acquisition assignments include Chief, Construction Contracting, Andrews AFB MD, Deputy Director of Contracting Operation Southern Watch, Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Supervisor/Contracting Officer, Construction Contract Administration Activity, Andrews AFB MD, Chief, Management Analysis Support Division, Andrews AFB MD. Mr. Piedmonte held an unlimited Contracting Officers warrant while on active duty.
