As Executive Vice President of Human Capital for Seventh Sense Consulting, Cynthia Keyser leads the company’s compensation, benefits, talent management, employee relations and organizational development. She has 17 years of human resources experience in the government contracting industry.
Prior to joining Seventh Sense Consulting, Ms. Keyser supported established organizations from large-size to entrepreneurial ventures working hands-on with management teams to create and implement policy design, performance management, HR workflow development and compliance reporting.
Ms. Keyser has a BA in Communications from Augusta State University and an AA in Liberal Arts from Oxford College of Emory University. She is a Society for Human Resource Management – Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and has a Professional in Human Resources Certification (PHR).
